Course Description
An undergraduate course in advanced calculus (introductory real analysis). A detailed course syllabus was provided. The course covered topics such as convergence of sequences, limits, boundedness, and related foundational topics in analysis.
Textbook
Elementary Real Analysis by Thomson, Bruckner and Bruckner (available as a free PDF download).
Grading
Based on a weighted average of homework assignments (with the lowest score dropped), a midterm exam, and a final exam, as described in the course syllabus.
Exams
- Midterm exam -- Monday, May 2, 9 AM, Wellman 216 (45 minutes, closed-book)
- Final exam -- at end of quarter
